We understand that life happens and plans can change. Here's our policy:
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we'll work with you to find a new date at no additional charge, subject to our availability.
Cancellations:
30+ days before event: Full refund of all payments made.
15-30 days before event: 50% refund of deposits or payments made to date.
0-14 days before event: No refund of payments made.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.): We'll work together to find a fair solution, including full rescheduling or refunds.

Yes, we require both a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. The contract outlines all the details of your session including deliverables, timeline, and terms of service to ensure we're both on the same page. Our payment schedule varies by package size:
Smaller events/sessions (less than $1000): 25% deposit due at contract signing, remaining 75% due on the day of your session
Larger event packages (more than $1000): 25% deposit due at contract signing, an additional 25% due two weeks before your event, and the remaining 50% due on the day of your session
This payment structure helps us reserve your date exclusively and manage our planning process while keeping things simple for smaller sessions and providing manageable payment milestones for larger celebrations.

Delivery time varies by package type, typically ranging from 15-45 days after your session. We take great care in the editing process to ensure each image meets our quality standards and reflects your unique story. You'll receive a beautifully curated gallery of your favorite moments, and we'll keep you updated throughout the editing process. Rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee if you have a specific deadline.

We don't provide raw files as part of my standard service, but we are happy to discuss any specific editing preferences you have for your images. Our goal is to deliver photos you'll absolutely love!
